If you’re trying to keep track of your calorie intake, then our calorie based food diaries are perfect for you. We have a two versions of our calorie food journals, our day-per-page is available in 14 or 21 week options and our week-per-view version is good for an entire year!
Day-per-page food journal
Our day-per-page version comes in 14 week or 21 week versions and is perfect if you want to plan daily. Each log page has space to log your meals separately and extra space for meal planning, a shopping list, exercise tracking and notes. At the front of the diary is a page for keeping track of your weight and measurements.

Week-per-view food tracker
Our week-per-view version has space for 52 weeks of logging, it has less space for things like meal planning but it will last for a full year! The diary is split into 13 sections of 4 weeks, each section starts with a planning page and ends with a review page. As the diary is for a year, there are extra pages at the front to help you keep on track and store your favourite recipes.
