Delivery and Returns
Below you’ll find details of our delivery and returns procedures.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for all items in our shop. We use Royal Mail second class for all deliveries, you can upgrade to first class delivery at checkout for an additional fee.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, and then Royal Mail will take 2 – 3 days to deliver.
Can I track my parcel?
We send all orders via Royal Mail second class delivery, which doesn’t offer tracking. However if you don’t receive your order within 10 working days then please get in touch.
Can you deliver outside the UK?
We currently only deliver to UK addresses.
What’s your returns policy?
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order but if you are not then you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase as long as the products have not been used. If you wish to return an item then please email on email@example.com for full details.
My order has arrived damaged, what can you do?
If this happens then please contact us with photos of the damage and we’ll work to get it rectified as soon as we can either with a refund or by sending you a replacement.
