Our 12 month food diary is good for 52 weeks and is perfect for tracking a calorie controlled diet.
The diary is split into 13 sets of 4 weeks, each 4 week section has a page to plan the next four weeks and a page to review the previous four weeks, this allows you to break down your journey into manageable sizes.
Each diary includes: Intro page. year weight and measurements tracker, top 8 favourite meals, favourite foods list, 52 weeks of logging and a few notes pages.

- Colour printing throughout on great quality smooth 90gsm paper.
- Front and back covers printed on great quality matte photo card and protected by thick oversized plastic covers ensuring your diary is well protected.
- Wire binded with a 1mm greyboard back which gives the book sturdiness without making it fully hardback.
