6 Month Calorie Food Diary
Our 6 month food diary is good for 200 days and has loads of space for food logging and meal planning.
Each of the 200 log pages has space for logging your food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and their calories. In addition to the food logging, there’s a space for the date, your water, fruit and veg intake, meal planning, shopping list, exercise/activity, notes and mood logger.
Each diary includes: Intro page. weight and measurements page, 200 logging pages and a few notes pages.
