Each of the 100 log pages has space for the date, notes, 10 weight based exercises with spaces for 5 sets of reps and weight and 4 spaces for cardio exercises.

In addition to the log pages there’s space to plan your four-weekly workout schedule and pages to add your top 6 favourite workout routines.
