The wirebound A5 workout log book has colour printing throughout on great quality 80gsm paper. The front and back covers are protected with a plastic sheet and is backed with a 1mm greyboard which gives the book sturdiness without making it fully hardback.

With 100 daily log pages (50 double sided sheets), there’s plenty of space to keep on top of your workouts! Each log page has space for the date, notes, 10 weight based exercises, each with spaces for 5 sets of reps and weight and 4 spaces for cardio exercises. There’s also space to plan you four-weekly workout schedule and pages to add your top 8 favourite workout routines.
