Gym Diary and Workout Log Book
A gym diary, also known as a workout log book, is a great way to stay on track with your workout regime. It allows you to keep a log of your exercises whenever you visit the gym.
Our gym diary has 100 days of logging with each of the log pages having space for the date, notes, 10 weight based exercises with spaces for 5 sets of reps and weight and 4 spaces for cardio exercises.

Exactly as described and just what I wanted. It’s hard to find any exercise journals without food pages included.
My only suggestion is a couple of blank pages for notes at the back would be handy too.
Great for my physio therapy. I was tried of seeing journals for weight loss (calories eaten) and running/yoga that had many pages and sections that were unnecessary for me. You can still track that stuff in it, but I like that it’s focused on workouts because the physio exercises are very forgettable.
Excellent product, very well made and well printed, well worth the money.
