Our gym diary comes in either 100 or 150 days of logging with each of the log pages having space for the date, notes, 10 weight based exercises with spaces for 5 sets of reps and weight and 4 spaces for cardio exercises.

In addition to the log pages there are pages to plan your four-weekly workout schedule and your top 6 favourite workout routines.
