By using our website or placing an order, you are subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time.
When you order from our website, we’ll confirm your order via email and start the process of despatching your item(s) once your payment has fully cleared. When you place your order, you are performing a binding contract for those items under the terms and conditions set out on this page.
Our delivery prices are outlined on our delivery page. Most orders are sent via Royal Mail second class, however if it is more economical (for example on larger orders) we may use couriers to deliver such orders. We only deliver to UK addresses.
Return Faulty Products
If a product arrives faulty, and we are notified within 30 days of your order, then we will request that you return the affected product(s) back for a replacement.
Return Unwanted Products
Under UK law, products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of your order as long the products have not been used or damaged. Please note, you will be responsible for any costs of returning the item in this case.
Information on our website
Whilst we try to ensure that all information on our website is up to date and accurate (including product descriptions), we provide no guarantees, warranties, or assurances that the information will be error free. On occasion, products may vary slightly from the description. The colours in photos looks different between computers and therefore the colours on the actual products may vary slightly from what you see on your computer.
As we are a small operation, we are not VAT registered and therefore do not charge VAT on our products.
Payments are administered securely via Stripe. Stripe accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not store your card information on our servers.
This website is copyrighted. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, modify, transfer, sell, rent, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any of the content of this website without permission from us.
Although payments are administered on Stripe’s secure servers, we operate our website under an SSL certificate. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) means that any information you add to the forms on our websites (including contact forms and checkout forms) will be sent encrypted to our servers.
How you use our website
You must not use our website in any way that may damage or impair the website in any way. You may not use our website for any of the following:
- unlawful purposes of any kind including committing fraud
- to send, use or reuse any material that’s illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent or defamatory and that would breach any copyright or trademark.
- to send, use or reuse any software viruses
- to perform mass mailings (also know as “spam”)
- to cause nuisance or inconvenience
